Coping With Holiday Depression


One year ago, this nation was facing an ongoing pandemic along with coping with insurmountable losses. Some general tips: Increase Vitamin D, Keep Moving, Get Enough Rest, Stay in the Moment, Open You Heart To Gratitude, Listen To Your Body , Pay Attention to "Red Flag" areas. Give Yourself "Not Today" days, and remember that difficult life circumstances are only the transition to more awareness and strength.
